“Being a Kiasu home owner, i met up with 6 ID's before I decided to engage Alvin. I'm still quite skeptical because there are no guarantees till project start.
But I'm so glad I make the right choice, working with Alvin was great throughout my whole renovation experience. He is accommodating but will gives great ideas to our preference since we might not anticipate our ideas might not be realistic. Challenges was resolved so easily.
And most impressive I had notices, being a busy man. He makes times to audit my place, because when I do my spot checks. He is either already here or he already aware and inform his contractor how to settle it because he just left the place. He really show me how much effort he put into doing up my place. And being accommodates to my delays on items and never complain at all.
